Fire Damaged Garage Replacement

An insurance led project following an electrical fault causing a fire which destroyed most of the contents of the garage, doors, roof and side wall. The roof was removed, along with the inner brick skin of the side wall, the rear window, door and front garage doors.

The side wall of the house was blasted with dry-ice to remove smoke damage. The garage was then rebuilt with a new inner skin of the side wall, new single pitch roof, rear uPVC window and door, new GRP garage doors. Other works included a new distribution board within the property.
